DDJ portrays himself as an honest broker of information; an objective, evidence-based critic of UAP “nonsense.” This I don’t believe. The Legacy Program wears many masks and moves in mysterious ways.
DDJ's conclusions, even from the data he presented, seem agenda driven. For example, he sources the accurate dates on Malmgren working at RAND, but doesn't surface it or write about the consequences in his article.
