DDJ portrays himself as an honest broker of information; an objective, evidence-based critic of UAP “nonsense.” This I don’t believe. The Legacy Program wears many masks and moves in mysterious ways.
DDJ's conclusions, even from the data he presented, seem agenda driven. For example, he sources the accurate dates on Malmgren working at RAND, but doesn't surface it or write about the consequences in his article.
I once had a brief exchange with him on Twitter. I suggested that, even if the Trinity crash hadn’t occurred, Vallée’s book was still valuable for highlighting what would be subsequently confirmed and seconded by Grusch: that much of the initial UFO secrecy was channeled through the atomic energy act with its separate security and secrecy apparatus. DDJ took umbrage at my comments and summarily blocked me. The skin is thin.
